As part of their contractual responsibilities, our client implements rigorous legionella and water management regimes on behalf of their customers. Environmental Essentials Ltd hold ‘preferred supplier’ status, and work in close partnership with their contract teams to deliver tailored water hygiene and treatment solutions across multiple blue-chip FM contracts.

Managed by a dedicated Account Manager, our collaborative approach ensures that end-users receive comprehensive, compliant, and proactive water management services. While our core expertise lies in Legionella control, we also provide a broader range of water quality monitoring services, assessing bacterial and chemical factors that can impact water safety and reduce performance.

We utilise electronic data capture applications to accurately record findings and generate detailed

reports and certificates. While our in-house specialists conduct chemical analysis on water samples, we partner with UKAS-accredited laboratories for comprehensive bacterial analysis, including Legionella testing, to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

We deliver a comprehensive range of remedial and water treatment services, either in response to recommendations from our Legionella Risk Assessments, findings identified during routine monitoring and inspections, or at the request of the client to enhance and modernise water systems.
