This fantastic new learning programme is offered to employees as part of EE’s ongoing commitment to the personal development and wellness at work of all their people.
Staff have been given the opportunity to sign up for BTEC’s and NVQ’s in a range of subjects, including BTEC Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration and NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership.
We strongly believe that the personal development of our people is a key factor in the success of the business and as such have made a commitment to offer apprenticeships to everyone over the next 18 months.
Heather Butlin, HR Officer, who is leading the way with the development programme and supporting all employees with preparation for the apprenticeships, commented “ I am so happy to be able to lead on this programme, it is great for our people to have these opportunities and it is great for our business to have such skilled individuals working for us on completion of the courses”.
SCT have already successfully coached and supported 15 employees through an advice and guidance course, achieving 100% pass rate.
