EEL Staff ecstatic as local team win the cricket premier league

Porthill Park Cricket Club’s first team captain Daniel Hancock, who works for Environmental Essentials, has helped his team win the Premier cricket Division.  


NSSCL Premier Division Cricket Porthill Park are crowned champions with victory over Meakins after their last game on Saturday 17th September.  The game was watched by many hundreds of fans and this win means so much for the club, its players and loyal supports.

Daniel Hancock said , “To say I am proud would be the biggest understatement in the world. I've won the the league with my best mates".

A week later the club was celebrating again as Chris Ellams, from Environmental Essentials, married his beautiful bride Sinead Conroy. The couple held their wedding celebrations in an incredible Marquee on the cricket pitch (profile photo by Claralouphotography.co.uk).  What a perfect end to a brilliant cricket season.
