We are a specialist provider of a comprehensive range of UKAS accredited asbestos management services and UKATA / IATP registered members providing courses , aimed at Duty Holders under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006.

We are dedicated to providing practical, cost-effective workplace solutions and impartial advice whilst maintaining an uncompromising level of quality, service and commitment to our clients.

Over the past 6 years we have built our reputation based on professionalism in the way that we deliver practical solutions focused on clients’ requirements.  The foundations have been laid through continued improvement and the consistent and committed support and development of our highly qualified staff. As a result the organisation is actively involved with a broad spectrum of industry sectors including Councils, Housing Associations and NHS Trusts.

We maintain membership to: ATAC, Construction Line and continue to boast top ratings in RICE (Category A Standard) and AIMS (Satisfactory Standard). We are a UKAS accredited Testing Laboratory and Type C Inspection Body, covering: the surveying of buildings and the sampling and analysis of both fibres in air and bulk materials, all for the identification of Asbestos content.

During 2008 we completed our move to a new purpose built facility where we have an established Laboratory that provides professional consultancy and quality testing activities, a fully air conditioned training room, CAD, report and Information Technology departments.  Our vision is to supply our clients with an end to end service including innovative ways to collect store and disseminate the data we have captured.

Our Scotland Office was opened in January 2009 which services our North Lanarkshire Council contract. The contract is resourced utilising our existing surveyors from the local area and supplemented by staff from HQ as required.

We have also successfully replicated our laboratory services in Bellshill, Scotland which now provides all analytical services for the office and is staffed by 3 full time technicians. Accreditation was gained in December 2009.

We are currently awaiting assessment by UKAS for a laboratory in our North East office in Gateshead. This office will also then become self sufficient in terms of laboratory services. We are confident that we would replicate the laboratory / model in our clients localities if require to service their contracts.
